I did have to put it together, but it was simple. That took a little bit of time. I contacted Danny at UF and he was very responsive and had the replacement parts sent out to me quickly and at no cost. I can see his brain spinning on how he can improve the comfort but honestly, I think it is great as is. It will have butts rubbed on it. From there I felt myself dosing off, so its definitely "napable," I will give you guys an update in a few months and tell you how my new baby and I are doing. It was a custom order from the factory. I'm hoping that the Rove chair feels pretty much the same as the HM version since they appear to be built on the same specs - Rove's site says that the HM cushions are actually interchangeable with theirs. All the chairs given below,  have a warranty. It's Modena Eggshell and Palisander Rosewood. They arrived a week earlier than expected, and I am in the middle of painting my living room, so after I inspected them I recovered them in bubble wrap and moved them aside til I'm done. This may or may not be an issue, but when added to the shipping and warranty fees being tacked on to a chair that was already more expensive than Urban Furnishing, it was more than enough to sway my decision (FWIW, MHD had a 5% off code which equalled about $74, Urban Furnishing offered a $100 off with a code). I also plan to use a leather conditioner designed for aniline leather to protect the surface to some degree. I got the Modena because I dont care for the shiny look.
